Abstract
Within the axiomatic aproach the group bundle of inverse Fibonacci semigroups was being constructed for which the eigen sub-semigroup also was found. This sub-semigroup is by fact the corresponding bundle of Penrose's semigroups. One may interpret these semigroups as the generative grammatics of the Penrose tiling morphogenetic synthesis in the paving numbers.
